1.The MAXOS name, logo and products
The MAXOS name, the “M.” logo with the red dot, product names (including flyit), and the text, graphics and screenshots on the Website are used by LLC “MAXOS” to identify the company and its products.
Fonts, software libraries and other third-party components are used under their licences. If you believe any of them is used in breach of your rights, let us know as described below.
2.Who can send a notice
A notice can be sent by the rights holder or by someone authorised to act on their behalf. Representatives should state the basis of their authority.
The Russian version of this document is the primary one. This English version is provided for convenience.
3.What to include
- the name of the rights holder and, for representatives, details of their authority;
- a description of the protected work, trademark or other subject matter you believe is infringed;
- where the material is: a link to the page, or the product name and where in it the material appears;
- why you believe the use is unlawful;
- contact details for our reply;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
4.How to send it
Send your notice to support@maxossoftware.com with the subject “Copyright”.
5.What happens next
We review a notice within 10 working days of receipt and may ask for more information; in that case the period runs from when we receive it. We will tell you the outcome using the contact details you provide.
6.If your material was restricted
If access to your material was restricted because of a notice and you believe this was a mistake, send an objection the same way, with your reasons.
7.Applicable law and the DMCA
LLC “MAXOS” is registered in the Russian Federation, and notices are handled under applicable law. This procedure is not a notice-and-takedown process under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and no DMCA agent details are published on this Website.
8.Inaccurate notices
Knowingly submitting false information may lead to liability under applicable law.
